Most armed citizens will shit their pants and run. You have to train under stressed situations to maintain self control for a battle. The fight or flight concept takes over, and most people would rather run away, which I cannot blame them.
It is a sad day to see fellow people killing each other.
But, the raise in gun sales are still a minority. The people who are buying more guns are the same people who have guns.
There is nothing like the smell of gun powder in the morning. I had to go to the range this morning. Index figure is sore from all the firing.
