It's the same hysteria and scare mongering, just different words. There's not one iota of evidence that vaccines have any link to autism at all, but that doesn't keep them from spouting the same nonsense about it over and over. Al-Shabaab knows that there's no truth to the crap their spreading and that keeping the children from receiving vaccines will likely make them sick. Much like the anti-vaxxers should know that their scare tactics will make kids sick.
