Hell was created for Satan and his followers before man sinned. If man had not sinned then hell would be of no consequence for him but, man has and will continue to, so hell is an actual reality for man. God created man without sin man chose to disregard his perfect state and fell into a sinful state.
....and God, being the supposed omnipotent son of a bitch he is, passively allowed his creations to delve into sin. Oh wait, did I say passively allowed? He ENCOURAGED by placing the fucking tree smack dab in the middle of the garden and knew they were going to eat from it.
Responsibility still ends up falling back in his lap, since nothing occurs without God's permission.
And FYI, God created satan knowing what was going to happen there as well.
Seriously, the fucker causes his own problems and then makes his creations suffer the consequences.
