Another take with the pig story.
I would be very surprised if GMO actually causes harm, considering that humans eat nonhuman DNA every meal and have been fine so far ... to claim that a gene that affects food will survive the temperature of the frying pan and the acidity of our stomachs and affect us the same way is quite far fetched. And why that particular modified gene and not all the other "natural" genes? Until there's good evidence, not a claim worth taking seriously.
