It's high time we had a competition!

Basically, we start with an arbitrary time period (24 hours). I open a thread, where people can discuss anything they like. If someone's post doesn't get a response within the time period after it was posted (i.e for 24 hours), that poster is declared the winner. The time period gets smaller as the competition progresses.
For multiple winners, we could simply keep the thread going after the first winner, until someone else "wins" second, third place, etc.
