There is no reason to put one's fate into chance, because if You want something done, do it yourself.
So how can you know that every prayer isn't answered consistently? I find this an astounding claim.
Prayers are always answered according to Gods will. 100% consistently.
Absolutely we have a duty to do everything humanity possible to solve problems. Prayer isn't a substitute for practical action.
