I've modified a chicken dish of hers to include less butter, and it's a hit.

(hint: goat cheese stuffed chicken breast with a honey butter crumble. luxurious.)

However, I'm glad they decided not to renew. By renewing her contract, they would have been rewarding racist behavior.
