Yes it is edible but not physically speaking.
It is edible by your consciousness.
The more you eat it and the more you feel better unlike material food that the more you eat and the more you feel sick.

Thanks for the nice compliments however i have to point out to you that the meaning of yoga is UNION, union with the divine or union with the infinity.
This meaning has always been there since Shiva 7000 years ago and has not ever been changed so is not the little Enrico that made any changed to it.
