It is off course obvious that the reason Hitler did all those things because he only had one testicle and a little mustache. That combination leads people to do such horrific things.
Well it is as good of an explanation as "It was because of his atheism" or "it was because of his Christian upbringing and anti-Semitic views".
The reason why is not something you can point in one area and say "it's because of X", it is the combination of factors that gave Hitler the opportunity to rise to power and instigate the atrocities of Nazi-Germany. Let's not forget he was not alone in this, there were thousands of Nazis who knowingly and willingly aided and abetted in the systematic destruction of the Jewish community in Europe.
