Are there any in "mainstream" comedy?
I know of a lot of jokes we make about our minorities here, though I don't think anyone would dare to do them on TV.
Once a politician made a joke about a religious minority that played on an ancient misnomer about them swapping their wives, and soon large scales riots erupted.

Mainstream comedy here is full of stereotyping and I don't see it as a bad thing. Either everything is okay to joke about or nothing is. I don't draw lines. People are always so quick to say how offended they feel after seeing a comedian nowadays... who would have thought that the motherfucker on stage telling jokes is actually only joking?

It's okay by me, though when two people laugh and another one is to have a sad face, I rather think twice before making the said joke, even if I hate the said minority group, I am not prone to break hearts in the name of personal opinions.
