People are born where they are because that is where their mum is when she gives birth.If she is poor they are born in a poor area if she is rich...well you get the idea.You seem to be talking more about economics than spirituality. That is good, there is such a thing as economics.

So, you believe in the sand theory eh?
With the water movement the sand can be carried away and end up in different places.
Million years of evolution to shape intelligent creatures and then you could end up anywhere.
Again, good lack or bad lack.
