Yoga philosophy which is 7000 years old is more modern then today discoveries.
The elements that compose the universe (space, air, light&heat, water and solid) are there and here for all to see how they work and the creation and evolution are also evidence of the time that it takes to go around the circle that start with creation and end up with evolution but of course if you go around with blinkers on your eyes then it will be very hard to understand anything.

You born in this modern age as a modern man because you have already gone through so many lives from small to big consciousness.

If you want to understand something you got to care and be interested in that thing that you want to know and if you want to go any further and fall in love with that thing or that entity you got to establish a relationship.
You are posting in this thread that talk about philosophy but you have no clue what philosophy means.
Philosophy is like yoga but while philosophy is more theory yoga is theory and a lot of practice.
At the end both seek to know the truth.
So by practicing spirituality you establish a relationship with that entity and the more you practice the more you enter in that arena of spiritual knowledge.
But of course if you lock yourself in the corral of dogma you will not be able to know anything that make any sense.
This universal reality is moving and changing all the time.
What is valid today tomorrow will end up in the rubbish bin of history so if you really think that this reality make sense at the end you will find yourself with a huge mental masturbation.
