Well strictly speaking, there's not much - if anything - that one type of Abrahamic monotheist can say to another who commits atrocities. More specifically, given that there are atrocities in the Bible commanded by God unto the Israelites, you can't actually know that Loony Theist X isn't under God's instructions to do so for some higher purpose. I think Sam Harris pointed this out to William Lane Craig in their debate, and all that Craig mustered (if I remember correctly) was by saying that "Well, on atheism you have no basis for saying anything is evil."
Now I know all theists aren't Craig parrots (then again...), but it's not an easy criticism to brush off. It's a real epistemic and moral issue for theists.
