We can't stop talking to people just because the conversation puts us in a foul mood. As an example, if we stopped diplomatic discussions with crazy middle-eastern theocracies then we would never have a say in changing the world for the better.

Um, that was part of the Bush Doctrine.

A for effort; F for methodology. Changing their governments forcefully would never be my first option. A game of pictionary would be more effective than those assholes.

EDIT: Fuck, their effort gets an F too; they wouldn't be my first choice of people to head diplomacy even if they were backed by a foolproof plan.
