This comparison is wrong.

If you look at the quran verse in these translations

The sentence has stopped before any exceptions are made.

The correct comparison would be if you said.

My name is Sofia I like all ice cream. This is probably because I love sweet food.
Although I don't like chocolate ice cream, or ice cream with nuts in.

The moment you say you don't like all ice cream you are contradicting what you just said about liking all ice cream. Because not liking all ice cream and liking all ice cream is a contradiction, two opposing pieces of information.
