Try taking the question in the context it was asked: if one doesn't need to be christian to get into heaven, what is the purpose of being a christian? And if that's the case, what's in hell?
I have some inkling memories in the back of my mind about your beliefs on this, but rather than speak for you, I'd rather hear it from the fish's mouth. Don't get me wrong, I've heard this line from other christians, but it puzzles me as to why one should bother believing in the god that operates like that at all; you'll get the evidence enough to believe in him after you die, and that's the point you'll be rationally justified in believing in him. What's the point before that?
