I feel lucky that my oldest is so level headed while dealing with two completely different parenting styles (his dad's and my own). I have a son who problem solves, thinks critically (as far as he can according to his age), can hold a conversation, and never yells at me like that. Then again, he's not perfect and has thrown tantrums before. I bet people thought that if they had kids they would not go through that, but truth is every kid is different, every home is different, and every genetic background is different, so nobody will really know until they have their own.
That's true... and another reason I don't have/want kids: way too unpredictable! Kudos to all of you good parents out there!
