you do know that properties or states aren't created right? they are a part of entities. they can't be separated into their own essence, or else they would be an entity. so to answer your question; no one had to create eternity for God to be eternal. God can simply have that as his own property, or state of existence.
eternity is a place that has to be created as well ...becouse if it wasnt created ..no one can be eternal becouse of is nonexistance,,
