If the law is infringing on Muslims than you don't have to follow it. Morality comes from religion, majority of laws come from religion
Islam doesn't mention property taxes but every Muslim in a country that has property taxes has to do it. There's no mention of not littering but if it's against the law you can't. That's clear and obvious
If it was in Iran you might be imprisoned for some time, lashings, or killed. Not because they're scared you might 'awaken the truth' but because we all know Allah is there. Islam is the true religion of humanity and that behavior is done by those who are against Islam and it's not for for an Islamic society. If you're in a country you have to follow its rules
