That's called the Circular Reasoning Fallacy. You're saying all atheists are amoral people, all amoral people are atheists. Sure, Pat Robertson, Ann Coulter and Bryan Fischer are all atheists. The whole 2008 economic collapse and bank bailouts were big atheist conspiracies.

Or to fit into Sleep's worldview: The Mullah of Iran, the Taliban who shoot little girls for wanting an education, Al-Qaeda who murder thousands a year, and their ilk are all atheists, right?
