Why on earth would any women ever follow a religion and political system that teaches people you deserve to be raped if you do not wear a scarf on your head. That teaching makes me want to vomit, no women deserves rape PERIOD!
Where does it say that in the quran?
It is mentioned in the Qur'an that women shall cover their head and exposed parts of the body. Brother, you are a chemist working in a lab. The procedure asks you to wear lab glasses. You don't wear lab glasses and a chemical bursts in your eyes and makes you blind. Who's fault? Yours. If you wear your lab glasses and the chemical bursts and still hits your eyes, NOT your fault. You followed proper procedure.
Simple. Qur'an tells women they should cover themselves if they wish to be respected. If they don't cover themselves and they are raped? who's fault? Theirs.
That's the logic of the Qur'an. Qur'an is a telegraphic message it doesn't account for all possible situations. Muslims believe that a woman who doesn't cover herself is not worthy of ANY respect and is asking to be raped. Sure, if the woman is raped, the man might get a penalty, but his defense will be? SHE WAS NAKED! SATAN TEMPTED ME. Can you argue and prove him wrong? No. Can you apply Sharia? No. The woman was not following the Qur'an, so why follow the Qur'an to render her justice? Illogical.
We are talking non-sense here, in countries where Sharia applies, you will find 0 women out of millions that are not covered. All women are covered or they are arrested. Not even journalists coming from other countries can display skin. They too have to be covered. So this situation never arises. We are talking imaginary things here.
