There's much better things to discuss when talking about some Muslim attitudes to rape, such as the need for male witnesses, or rapists being unpunished if they married the victim.
But just saying the religion of Islam says women who don't wear head coverings deserve to be raped, without providing any evidence from any Islamic document isn't really going to get you anywhere in a logical debate, apart from support from a few people on an atheist forum where getting support against Islam is like shooting fish in a barrel, this argument would be knocked down in a second on Islamic forums.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
