Not just pipes, crutches it looks like.
It's 'art' where mostly naked people 'dance' around on stage with crutches and skateboards.
That banging sound you hear at about a minute in is a guy who looks like Gollum with a big* pole attached to himself where the penis would be banging that penis pole against another pole.
