I use salt.
Sometimes, coarse salt, sometimes fine salt, but that's it.
I prefer the actual flavor of food over the flavor of sauces and other pre-processed crap.
Sometimes, mostly on boiled fish and veggies, I use olive oil, the greener, the better... yellow olive oil is not from olives
