Well, since I believe that blashphemy laws indicate the presence of a theocratic regime, the blasphemy laws must have some sort of a basis in the fiqh.
If so, theres not much to be said about it, because the scholars that established the fiqh already had a reasoning for it.

Did you seriously just answer a question of why something is the way it is, with "because reasons"? Thinking
