Evidence that people had an experience with the full glory of the risen Christ? We have evidence of that certainly, I can point you towards the text. It doesn't prove they didn't have a collective mass hallucination or something but I don't know how you would prove something like that. All the people involved are dead at this point as well so that would hinder that line inquiry but we have what the wrote. Here you go.
You don't have to prove mass hallucinations. The default is not 'the Bible is truthful, accurate, and correct until proven otherwise'. The Bible is the CLAIM, not the evidence. Lacking any corroboration (literally not a one of those 500 supposed witnesses to the risen Jesus wrote anything down that survived and could corroborate the account), then the account is to be doubted as it lack any evidence. No mass hallucination is need to explain the event, the whole thing was most likely made up whole cloth; a simple fabrication. A mythical story, no different than the tales of Hercules or Odysseus.
