Exactly how many Muslims have you met? I've met dozens. Hardly a 'horde' and none of them qualify as 'barbarians'.

As to the term 'mongrel', by which I take you to mean 'mixed breed', it applies to everyone. Any racist feckwit who claims to be sure of his genetic purity more than two generations back is accepting the short end of a bet. I'd wager even odds that your own great-great-grandfather's surname was Abdullah.
