Here's that hubris of mine again...

I would like to extend my apologies for the last few days when I have dragged various people into my personal circumstances. It was insensitive of me, and horrifically arrogant. I then requested that my thread be deleted by the moderators in order that I could avoid implication through disclosure on a social media site. This is intended to protect me from any further problems, which would be my own fault and I am sorry for the problems it may have caused.

What has happened, has happened. I will not speak about it again, nor would I like anyone to refer to it again - I know that is an arrogant request. My family and I are embarking on a new direction and I would now like to leave the whole affair in the past. Please - I was drunk, angry and stupid - it is what it is and I am excited about the opportunities ahead.

The moderators have been amazingly understanding and I am very grateful for their help in this matter. I extend my apologies to the moderators and assure them that I will not behave with such recklessness again. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

The support I was shown by the board community was tremendously inspirational and, with sincerity, I will always hold that dear. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. As does my wife who is stood beside me as I write this message. There are tears in my eyes - I don't mind admitting - and I am so overwhelmed by all of your support.

I would ask that we now all move forward with the matter and I hope that my recklessness and idiotic immaturity not be held against me, nor colour your opinion of me.

I have enjoyed being a part of this community and would hope that I can remain an active part of it for many years yet to come.
