Rest, recovery, good nutrition, post stretching after workouts, calcium/magnesium supplementation, and throwing an hour of yoga into the mix weekly, can be great.
Through a lot of trial and error, I don't suffer from DOMS as much anymore.
Contrast showers can help but I hate those! Oweee!
