The burden of proof is on you also, you are making the claim that it doesn't cause harm, of course it does, every medication has its adverse affects.

Look, it's tough to admit that you might have been wrong about the cause of your illness. It took some balls for me to admit to one of my best friends that I was very wrong about Mormonism, but it allowed me to look for the truth outside of a book of scripture. If you agree to let go of your unverified claim that vaccines cause any kind of mental/neurological illness (seeing as you still don't have any definitive proof) then you can begin to search for the actual causes of the problem instead of blaming a scapegoat.
