Well, yes and no. Its zero out of pocket once the $5K deductible is met.
Once I compared the premiums of the high deductible plan vs. the plan with copays, it was a no-brainer (the difference in annual premiums was more than the deductible, factor in copays and less-than-100% coverage and it's even a bigger no-brainer).
