I mean obviously the "special effects" Are nothing to get excited about, nothing of the nature of the saw films (which I rather liked) What enrages me so is that they show this to children, who don't have our filters. Who may grow up thinking an abortion is carried out with a pair of pliers and the resultant gore flung on the floor while the woman screams for her baby. I can imagine the nightmares. If someone showed this to my kids you'd have to pull me off them.
