Been taking Seroquel for years for sleep. Works better than Ambien, Lunesta or any of them other frufru sleeping pills. Only thing better is barbs, but they got a nasty downside. Doc just started me on a course of Paxil. It's ... interesting.

Made me puke. Not pleasant.
I don't like to do anything for 12-14 hours straight other than sleeping.
'shrooms are good. 4 hours is about right.
