Melatonin is not a controlled substance in the US (Canadians, Brits, and Ozzies are fucked, but they already know that.
) . I get mine at Costco but iHerb is also an excellent source. They've done long-term studies with women taking 70mg/day with no adverse affects other than blissful sleep. I stick them under my tongue and do the whole sublingual thing bypassing the first-pass metabolism by the liver and shit.
