I'm interested, what makes you think this one is a match?

Well, I've been reading a variety of forums in search of a place to join, as I said. Some of them were populated almost exclusively with Masters Degrees, Ph.D.s, and/or people that actually work in the fields of science and philosophy. Definitely a great place to learn, but not really a place where I can take an active part in the discussions. Others have strictly non-theist memberships and are not much more than 'group think tanks', so to speak. And so on.

I'm looking for a feeling of community with a group of like minded people that I can actually talk to. There are very few of them in my off-line life. After reading through several threads here, I felt that I could have easily been involved in most of those discussions and would enjoy them. The overall feeling of community and the prevalent sense of humor in these forums is right up my alley. Let's just say that I have a good (and altogether irrational) feeling about this place.

And I've a good (and I think rational) feeling about you. So +1 rep ^_^ Please stay with us! I beg of you! All I ever have to talk to around these parts is Adrian with his 776+ accounts! Wait... is this also Adrian...? I'm almost alone here with only one person to talk to, who suffers intense multiple personalities syndrome! SO LONELY! SO IN NEED OF COMPANY!

I like 'completely open people'... and there is one thing I'd like to know: Outside of illegal activities... how can I earn 100,000 USD+ tomorrow?

It shames me to inform you that the way the system is set up over here, there is no way to make six figures without breaking several laws and/or regulations. That's the American way.

P.S. I never use emoticons and I never "lol" (etc.), so I tend to sound much more serious and clinical than I intend. I'm actually quite warm and fuzzy. *laughs*
