For starters, the mentality doesn't have to 'not exist today' for your assertion to be false. The mentality has to have a detectable effect on how Planned Parenthood operates for your claim to hold up.

Another assertion is not evidence, and racist groups don't make the choice to have abortions, pregnant women do. Why black women would get abortions at a higher rate than white women (if they do) would likely have more to do with socioeconomic factors than with a conspiracy of racist eugenicists.

They seem to have the same problem with evidence that you do. What people said a hundred years ago when racism and eugenics were 'in' does not mean Planned Parenthood undertakes to practice eugenics or accepts funding from hate groups with the understanding that the money will only be used to abort the fetuses of black women.
