It's frustrating to argue with someone when they simply insist that "God" is "good" and "just", and therefore, anything he does is "good " and "just". I point out the the injustice of drowning babies and toddlers and I get retarded responses like, "God judged them and found them guilty", or "the babies are now happy and living in paradise". I ask about Hitler accepting Jesus just before he died and they admit that "God" would have accepted Hitler into heaven under those circumstances. I then ask about a humanitarian who spends his life helping the poor but he doesn't accept Jesus. They then tell me that he would go to hell. I'll ask how this is "just" and they'll say that they "didn't make the rules".
It's like arguing with a rock. A stupid rock.
Science flies us to the moon and stars. Religion flies us into buildings.
God allowed 200,000 people to die in an earthquake. So what makes you think he cares about YOUR problems?
