Well, I've definitely got the slow part down. :p
I train for my half marathon from January to May, then I take the rest of the year off, so I think my running times average out to 2-3 hours a week... Right now I'm hitting the recommended goal after two or three days (pretty soon it'll be two days as my long runs get longer), but only because I run so damn slow it takes me a long time to do the mileage.
