There are definitely fakes out there, you might as well get baking power if you buy bulk, hahaBig Grin. It may be, as I mentioned earlier piracetam is an ADHD, Alzheimer, brain damage drug so it may quite well be a prescription drug where you live, though I find that ridiculous.
