True, eggs arent the only choline containing foods, but theyre really nice because if you eat 3 whole cooked eggs, youlle be pretty much safe for any choline deficiency that may occur.
Of course beef, nuts, milk, yogurt, and veggies are probably a better alternative for you. Yoghurt.

I was only choline deficient one time a good while ago while I was taking Noopept, I dont know if this counts for other Nootropics like Piracetam, and Oxiracetam, etc etc, but you should do some research.
