When it comes to the majority employing those corrupt practices which lead to the minority being unable to enjoy being human in a supposed free country, then there is no "getting over it".
What happens is the majority use government laws to suppress the minority because the market won't do it otherwise.

Well you should have quoted the whole sentence instead of mining a fragment.....but I will answer anyways.
Right to work, as I understand it, means you cannot be forced to belong to a union as a condition of employment.
Why would you want to force anyone to belong to an organization as a condition of employment other than to further the interest of that organization at the expense of individuals freedom?
