You are talking to a group of atheists. Sacraments and church doctrine are nonsense. You asked our opinion about the Church, not the church's ridiculous rites and rituals.

I will not even give the idea that mass produces crackers and wine turn into actual flesh and blood any of my time. It is as ridiculous as arguing about whether jellyfish have pinky toes. I will not do it.

So where did things turn south for you guys? Was it college? A bad experience? Or have you always just had a cold hate for your Creator and all that rightfully worship Him? Do you know what I think? I think you all just want to be different, to be set apart from what you know is Truth and everything involved with it because it brings about some wild sense of pride and self-accomplishment within you. Though I am likely wrong, and you will make that clear with plenty of cussing in three minutes or so.

Do not conflate hatred of the Roman Catholic paedophile ring with hatred of god.

There are lots of Christians who hate the church as much if not more than we do.

We don't hate god anymore than we hate Santa Claus.

We just have no reason to believe that such an entity exists.
