Could be all books that make unsubstantiated claims should be treated with a healthy dose of skepticism.
The Book I read doesn't deal with yes and no, that's why I know that I'm reading the correct one, it's not two faced and wishy washy and best of all there's an omniscient mind behind it.

I don't need to. I have my depression well under control without drugs or reading fairytales.
Perhaps you should try ready different books of fairytales to the one you hold onto and claim is real.
