Also, according to the Jews, whose holy book the OT is, Jesus did not fulfil the prophecies of a messiah.
Even in the absence of vagueness and interpretation, we're still left with significant problems - not the least of which is demonstrating that the prediction preceded the event and that the event actually occurred as predicted.
