What you're doing is somewhere between the Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy and Cherry Picking.
You have an end goal in mind, and you're picking out all the pieces that add up to what you want and are ignoring the rest. A perfect example of that (previously mentioned) is you're taking an English phrase and running it through a Hebrew letter->number converter. What would his title be in Hebrew? Would it still work? Why are we even using Hebrew? Wasn't the NT written in Greek? How does this work if you use the Greek alphabet instead?
This is even worse than numerology, and numerology doesn't deserve any time in an adult discussion.
