I'm thinking of a law set requiring the following:
all kids get to know who their parents are
any parent not knowing (except in rape or medical accident) ID of other parent gets prosecuted, or deliberately mis identifying a parent gets prosecuted
all aid to children till they are 18 will be distributed to both bio-parents
any parent not contributing to the care of their offspring get to sit in jail till said offspring is 18, and no concurrency in sentencing for multiple kids
any parent birthing or fathering a subsequent child with a different parent, without a permit, pays a big fine and/or goes to jail
said permits only granted in cases of abuse, addiction or adultery, and all abuse and adultery cases are adjudicated, addicts get a TBD number of shots at rehab, probably 2, but I have days when the number might be 1
No conjugal visits for incarcerated parents, if they still do that these days
And BTW, Rick Santorum gives anal discharge a bad name.
