Luckily I don't have to prove anything to you. And why should I? Atheism is just the natural conclusion of skepticism and following the evidence. It's not something I need to prove to anyone else.
Ask yourself this: why is it that you need to prove to us that we aren't really atheists? What does it matter to you? This is more about you than us. And it's telling, too. You can't possibly imagine a world where people lead happy, fulfilled lives without the pacifier. That's what your religion teaches you. In order to find happiness, you have to be with Jesus. Is your life any happier/sadder than mine? I have good days, bad days and great days, just like you. I have a wonderful family that loves me. I have a good job, a wonderful girlfriend, my life is good. And I live within the realms of reality. My life getting better or worse from here is solely up to me and my environment---just like you. So take a look around. Take stock of your life. Is it any different---really---than a non-believer's? Do you have anything in your life that requires god in order to be there? Or could anyone else have that same thing with no god, and you just attribute it to god?
My guess is the only thing you could try and recite back to us is your magic sky daddy itself, and if you accurately took stock, you'd find it doesn't really do anything outside of your head, and the rest is available to all of us.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
