You are so behind the times. Big pharma doesn't waste time with doctors anymore. Dispersing poison is much more effective in partnership with airlines and their insidious chemtrails.

I think you need to catch up with the times, pharmaceuticals regularly visit clinics to tell the doctors about the new drugs, they sometimes put on a food spread, the doctors only know what their told, they even give the doctors little gifts, and maybe a holiday in some cases, I know this because I have friends who are doctors.

Actually, that practice is pretty much done due to self-regulation by pharmaceutical companies.
