I can't see the cartoon, but no one is being asked to provide birth control. They're being asked to provide insurance, and want to pick and choose what it will cover.
And shouldn't it matter whether the birth control is ACTUALLY abortive rather than just whether they believe it is? Doesn't reality count for anything?
