Its common knowledge, so you are saying that cleanliness never played a part in ridding us from diseases ???.
Cleanliness certainly plays a part in disease prevention. Whether or not it has ever been the cause of a disease being completely wiped out, I have no clue. Apparently you know, but instead of enlightening me you prefer to condescend to me and make me feel stupid.
